The customer searched for a cleaning solution for the removal of silicon glue from the stencils. They contacted our competitors first, which only sent them a sample of their cleaning agent without any personal visit. Unfortunately, the competitors also did not provide any technical assistance with testing of the product. The customer used the fluid in our InJet® cleaning system, which they have bought from DCT in the past. As the result, the competitive cleaning agent completely dissolved all rubber seals, which caused severe leakage. Because of this negative experience, the customer contacted us and asked for a complete cleaning solution.
We tested what is the most effective way of cleaning stencils polluted by thermoconductive silicon adhesive.

During the long-term on-site testing of the compatibility, we reached 100 cycles with no damage to the stencils and consistent 100% cleaning efficiency.
After cleaning with Proton® 705 in InJet® 388 CRD, stencils were completely without silicon glue residues. Even the residues which were presented on the edges were completely dissolved.
The results of the testing were excellent as supposed because our cleaning agents are always fully compatible with our cleaning systems, this our mission – to provide better and complete cleaning solutions. The customer is currently using our cleaning system as well as our cleaning fluid and is very satisfied.
