The cleaning system is developed primarily for cleaning boards after soldering or for a combination of board cleaning and for removing solder paste and SMT adhesives from stencils, PumpPrints, squeegees and misprints. Another option is to use the machine for removing cured coatings from PCBAs. All processes are fully automated and take place in one process chamber.

2PR FILTRATION works continuously in 2 rinsing phases. In phase 1, the rinse water flows through a mechanical filter with a conductivity of 400 μS. This phase perfectly removes detergent residues from PCBAs or stencils. The second rinse phase allows the PCBA or stencils to be rinsed with demineralised water with a conductivity of approximately 0,5 μS.

The AirKnife consists of two movable arms with nozzles that blow compressed air onto the surface of the parts to be cleaned.
It removes cleaning fluid residues from the surface and holes of the parts to be cleaned.
Helps remove water residue from surfaces, holes of stencils or prints and from components and connectors on mounted boards.

Using AirKnife reduces process costs and process time.
