The InJet® 388 DOUBLE TRIPLE CRRD offers more than twice the cleaning capacity of the InJet® 388 TRIPLE CRRD and is a high-performance vertical spray system for cleaning boards after soldering, for which it was developed.
The washing system can also be used for high-capacity removal of solder paste and SMT adhesive from stencils, PumpPrints, squeegees, and misprints.
All processes are fully automated and take place in 4 process chambers. Washing takes place in the first inlet chamber, after which the washed part is automatically transported through the pre-rinse chamber, where the PCBs are pre-rinsed. The final rinsing process takes place in the third chamber. The last fourth chamber is designed for the drying process. Three chambers (cleaning, rinsing, and drying) can be used simultaneously, which increases the capacity of the machine and reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber devices.
The machine has two positions for the PCB frame (two slots), which means that at full capacity, six frames with PCBs are processed simultaneously.
